Conveyor pulleys
There are at least two pulleys at each belt conveyor: one driving and one tensioning pulley.
The both pulleys serve the basic function of belt conveyor.
Our company produces pulleys for belt conveyors of diameters 190,215,240,270, 320, 400, 500, 630 and 800 for belt width from 400 mm to 2.200 mm

Pulleys - range of production:
- Driving pulleys – are produced in diameters up to 900 mm and maximal length 4.000 mm. The maximum weight is not allowed to exceed 2,000 kg. The pulleys could be delivered with rubber or ceramic lining.
- Tensioning pulleys – are made in diameters up to 800 mm and their shell could be cambered and also could be delivered with rubber lining
- Take-up and thrust pulleys – are fabricated in various diameters and with inner bearings and housings

- Cage: Tube Ø194-820 (material steel - possibility of antimagnetic design - stainless steel)
- Housing, bearings: according to customers requirements
- Coating: Painted
- Belt Width: 400 - 2200 mm

- Cage: Pipe Ø 194 to 820 (material - steel)
